Westcott is the shot every FSU grad wants, and it shows. During peak spring season, lines start forming before 8am and stretch down the street well past 6pm. The fountain, the columns, and the light bouncing off the water make it the single most photogenic square foot of campus.
2. The Unconquered Statue
Best for: celebrating your favorite FSU game day memories.
The Unconquered Statue is where a lot of FSU grads spent their Saturdays cheering on the team. It's the perfect spot to commemorate everything game days meant during your time at Florida State.
3. The Florida State Arch
Best for: wide shots that take in the whole stadium.
No FSU graduation shoot is complete without a stop here. It's one of the most iconic backdrops on campus, and one you'll want in your gallery right alongside Westcott and the Unconquered Statue.
4. Legacy Walk
Best for: soft, even light any time of day.

What to Wear for FSU Graduation Photos

Your outfit
Wear whatever you'd like to be photographed in, whether that's a dress, a suit, or a jersey. We'll grab a few shots in the gown, but most of the session will be in your outfit of choice.
Colors to avoid
Steer clear of Gator blue and orange, or Miami orange and green. We love you, but we're not photographing enemy colors on graduation day.
Shoes
Bring a backup pair of flats or sandals. Westcott's steps and Legacy Walk's grass are rough on heels.
Accessories
Bring along anything that tells your story: a necklace, Honor Cords, pins, medallions, even a bottle of champagne. If it says something about who you are, I'd love to capture it.
